healing herbs bach flower remedies

A final judgement at the European trademark office issued in August 2008 confirms that no commercial organisation has a monopoly of the use of the descriptions 'Bach' and 'Bach flower remedies'. These are generic expressions that anyone can use.

The court has cancelled the existing registration of these terms in all countries of the EU.

This ruling has not been challenged for appeal by the registrants of the trademarks so the matter is now closed.

The past and the future of Bach flower remedies
This site is part of a worldwide programme of research into the plants, trees, preparation and healing uses of the remedies. By providing a forum for the discussion of ideas, it aims to promote a better understanding of both the botany and the remedial benefits of the essences, and to honour the memory of Dr Edward Bach. Your participation is welcomed!
